Refund policy

At Kinder Homes, we want you to be happy with your order. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at admin@kinderhomes.com.au. Please include your order number, a brief description and photos of the issue.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
